Entry Fee $ 575 Late Registration Fee: If received on or after June 15th 2007

Special Notes:

Teams must be available to play on Saturday morning.
Coaches are responsibility to bring Copies of birth certificates for all players. Players will be checked prior to each teams 1st game on Saturday morning. Coaches must also have birth certificates available upon request if a player's age is challenged.

No team(s) will be allowed to participate until the following paperwork has been received and approved by the Kids International :

	All fees paid before deadline - $475.00/$575.00
	Application/Release form completely filled out and signed.
	Current proof of insurance.
	Information Team Roster, Players Info
	Team roster completely filled out. Partial rosters will not be accepted. Rosters may be changed until game day.

There are NO REFUNDS. Please Do not registered until your 100% committed.
Once your team's fees and application/release form have been received, you will receive a tournament confirmation within 3 days of being processed.
